Good cleaning starts with listening. Before we pick up a mop, we walk through your facility with you, learn your priorities and put together a cleaning plan that fits your building and your budget. The plan is written down, priced in full and reviewed with you on a schedule.

How we staff and supervise your building

• Our cleaners are our own employees, never subcontractors. Every person is insured and background-checked before they enter your building.
• We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates are available on request.
• The same crew is assigned to your building. Field supervisors inspect on a set schedule and log the results, and a named account contact reviews them with you.
• Cleaning is scheduled around your hours: evenings, overnight, weekends or daytime porters. 24/7 operations support for existing clients.
