The three cleaning phases
Rough clean happens after framing, drywall and painting, before fixtures and flooring are finished. We remove bulk debris, sweep and vacuum dust from every surface and prepare the space for the finish trades.
Final clean happens when construction is complete. We clean inside cabinets and drawers, wash windows and frames, remove stickers and labels, scrub and seal hard floors, vacuum and spot-clean carpet, and wipe every light fixture, vent and switch plate.
Touch-up clean is the last pass before the owner or tenant walks through. It removes the dust and footprints left by punch-list work.

Working with general contractors
We schedule around the construction calendar and coordinate with the superintendent on site. Crews carry their own equipment and consumables. If the opening date moves, the cleaning dates move with it.
Our cleaners are our own employees, never subcontractors. Every person on the crew is insured and background-checked before they enter your building.
What to send for a quote
Send the square footage, the floor types, the number of windows and restrooms, whether rough, final or both phases are needed, and the target completion date. Drawings or photos help us price accurately.

How fast can a post-construction clean be scheduled?
Final cleans are usually scheduled within a few days of the request, and sooner for opening deadlines. Tell us the date you need and we will confirm what is possible.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove the dust, packaging and small debris left after the trades finish. Large material haul-off and hazardous waste are not part of the cleaning scope.
Can the same crew take over the recurring cleaning after opening?
Yes. Many new buildings move straight from the final clean into a recurring janitorial program with the same account contact.
